Prenatal and postnatal Yoga
people&baby is offering an innovative activity for future and new mums: prenatal and postnatal yoga.
Yoga provides emotional and physical benefits:

- better connection with your body,
- improved energy
Prenatal and postnatal yoga is the ultimate ally for future and new mums.
Our specialised yoga teachers invite you to join us on Saturdays from 10:30 am -12 pm in our centres. Treat yourself to a moment of wellbeing!

The aim of Graines de Génies workshops is to help you develop your child’s potential.
We propose a diverse array of fun activities so you can share a special moment of games and learning with your child.
