• Build trust with parents and children.
• Provide care for children in line with health and safety rules.
• Propose daily educational activities for children while ensuring their physical safety and mental wellbeing.
• Foster teamwork and initiate projects, from conception to implementation.
• Be active in the centre community. Participate in meetings, the educational mission, and other projects that improve the quality of care, in collaboration with the entire team.
