- Ensuring that parents and children are welcomed with the trust they deserve.

- Provide daily educational activities for the children while ensuring their physical and psychological well-being.
- Foster teamwork and initiate projects, from conception to implementation.
- Be active in the life of the daycare centre. Participate in meetings, the educational project and other projects that improve the quality of care, in collaboration with the entire team.
